User Obligations

You agree to use Fr3shlab’s services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the intended purpose of such services. You must not use our services:

• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Fr3shlab Creative Group, including visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of Fr3shlab’s services are protected by intellectual property rights. These materials are the property of Fr3shlab Creative Group or our subsidiaries and affiliates. Except as expressly authorized by Fr3shlab, you may not make use of the materials.

Clients retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights that they own and provide to Fr3shlab for the purpose of the project. Fr3shlab may use this material, with the client’s permission, solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts or service agreements. Clients are obligated to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Services may be suspended for overdue accounts, and Fr3shlab reserves the right to charge interest on late payments.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of the specific agreement for services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate the services agreement with appropriate notice, as defined in individual contracts or agreements. Termination must be submitted in writing. On termination, clients must pay for the services performed up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

Fr3shlab Creative Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

Fr3shlab reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of CA/USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
