Random Snaps in Bradbury

Written by RC Cola on . Posted in Mobile

Stopped by the homie Jamie’s pad in Bradbury Hills to get together for a impromptu photoshoot with the usual suspects along with Justin and Nate from AutoCon. We talked business and plans that could potentially change the landscape of the car show scene. We also had a blast and experienced some things you just don’t go through in your life.

HRE VINTAGE SERIES THROWBACKS

Seems like HRE has pretty much put the entire wheel game on their toes with the re-release of their Vintage Series of wheels. If you’re not up on the HRE game, you need to get out the sandbox and do some homework.

Vintage or throwback cars have been getting all kinds of love and are all the rage these days especially the show circuit. Like fashion, things come around 360 and speaking of which, iconic wheel manufacturer HRE has re-introduced a new line aptly coined the Vintage Series. Game changing and refreshing if you ask me. This is reminiscent of the same marketing and branding methodology used in Jordan sneakers when Nike re-releases them. Brilliant.

As of this post, there are a total of three models in production right now.  The 454 which you’ll recognize from old school Lamborghini Countach posters, the 505 which brings nostalgia of the Ferrari 288 GTO and F40, and lastly the 501 mesh perfection which were the preferred kicks for any Porsche aficionado.

With all this said, this just might get you scouring the net for your next vintage exotic since you already know where to get the shoes.

Acura Legendary

It’s not everyday I see things that piqué my interest or even get me to double-take. Especially in the automotive field. I’m pretty jaded, BUT my buddy Charles mentioned that he had a project old school Legend he was working on. So, I saw it one day and it was laid out on stocks and looked decent since I hadn’t seen one dope in like ever.Long story short, I pull into the office and nearly dropped my computer bag. Swag.
